• Strict No Refund Policy: All sales are final unless defective (contact within 7 days of purchase).

Physical Products

• Books are sold through Amazon - all refunds/exchanges must be processed directly through Amazon's policies. We do not handle physical product returns.

3. User Responsibilities

• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining login credentials. We are not liable for unauthorized access due to your negligence.

• Prohibited Actions:

  • Reselling, redistributing, or reverse-engineering our digital products

  • Sharing course logins (The Brand Framework hosted on FreshLearn)

  • Using products for illegal purposes

4. Intellectual Property

• All content (designs, course materials, trademarks) is owned by Konstant & New.

• Legal Action: Unauthorized use (including copying templates or course content) will result in immediate termination of access and may lead to legal prosecution.

5. Disclaimers

• No Guaranteed Results: Our educational products (including The Brand Framework) provide tools and strategies, but we do not promise income, business success, or specific outcomes. You assume all risk.

• Third-Party Services: We are not responsible for:

  • Amazon's fulfillment/shipping of physical products

  • Technical issues with FreshLearn's course platform

  • Payment processor errors (Stripe/PayPal)

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for:

  • Indirect damages (lost profits, data loss)

  • User errors (misapplication of templates/course material)

  • Third-party actions

• Maximum liability = the price you paid for the product/service.

8. Dispute Resolution

• Governing Law: Ontario, Canada law applies.
